Brooks had a fever a few weeks ago and had a few down days. Poor little guy wanted to chill out and rest so daddy made him all cozy while he watched his music videos. Brooks usually bops along to the music but today just zoned out

Surprise Look
So happy!
I actually caught Brooks looking at the camera, smiling & showing off his teeth!
We decided this must be the surprise/good job face we do whenever Brooks does something. He started doing this when he would pick up a ball and drop/throw it. Now he will do it before he even does anything.
He really isn't scared. He was doing his surprise face but kind of looks like we just tossed him overboard.

AMBUSH!!!! Ethan in his full battle gear (Uncle Brian did Ethan's Christmas shopping!). Ethan was laying in wait in the neighbor's yard-I didn't even see him and Brian said he only saw him because of the orange tip on the gun.

Finally here are some photos from Christmas! We made the trip back to Iowa for Christmas. We had a wonderful time and it was nice to see everyone. Brooks wasn't really sure about this whole Christmas business but he did enjoy playing with the paper & ribbon! Will have to do a Christmas part 2 when I download photos from GG & Mimi!
