Brooks' First Birthday

We drove to Iowa for Brooks' first birthday!

March 11 we had a birthday brunch for Brooks. Mommy, Daddy, GG, Mimi, Papa, Uncle Jay, Aunt Beth, Uncle Greg and Ethan were all there to help celebrate. Papa Geno was in the hospital-we missed him!

Go Daddy Go

Brooks loves to ride around on Brian's shoulders. He starts to bounce and will pat (well pound is probably a better description) on his head to get him to go faster

Instead of Saturday morning cartoons we watch music videos. Brooks loves to dance as he watches the videos. He actually sat on one of the stickers and well, I added the other.

The Old Days

Brooks found his old bouncy chair-he doesn't care that he is too big for it. He was trying to climb into it to pull on the animals so I set him in it. He still likes to sit in it and make it bounce.

Laundry Day (Feb 17 2012)

I set the laundry basket down, went to the kitchen and a few minutes later Brooks crawled (yes I said crawled) over to help fold the laundry. He loves taking the clothes out of the laundry basket-clean or dirty doesn't matter. Obviously he is feeling better! He did start crawling today. He has been trying the last couple weeks, but today was the first day he really got the hang of it and went across the room!

Sick Day

Brooks had a fever a few weeks ago and had a few down days. Poor little guy wanted to chill out and rest so daddy made him all cozy while he watched his music videos. Brooks usually bops along to the music but today just zoned out
