Mommy & Brooks Adventure (May 25)

Brooks and I decided we would capture some of the things we saw on our walk

Hawks flying around

Everytime we walk by this hole we always see a praire dog and we always have to stop and listen to him chirp or whatever sound it is they make

     So excited! It was a little windy but Brooks loved having the wind blowing in his face

  Brooks got super fired up when he saw the garbage truck so we had to take a picture

                           This is Brooks telling me where he wanted to go. Any guesses?

                                        If you guessed the park you would be correct!

                                                      So happy to be swinging!

Brooks saw the dog from the swing and got pretty excited about it-even did his version of sign language for dog. (The dog is running on the path not on the fence)

                             Can't decide if Brooks likes the mulch or the swing better.

                                                      He got so excited he fell over.

Brooks wanted to smell the flowers but when I got him close enough to take a whiff he decided he would rather pull the petals off!

                       Brooks wanted to touch the leaves of the tree as we walked by

Trying to take a picture of him pushing his stroller but a little hard to do while holding him and keeping the stroller on the sidewalk. This was the best I could do

                            Brooks likes this mail box so I added it to our collection

                      Surprise! We ran into daddy while we were on our way back home

                                       Had to take a path after our outdoor adventure

                                         All worn out after our morning adventure

Mimi, Papa, & Uncle Jay's Visit (May 18-22)

Mimi, Papa, and Uncle Jay were out to visit! We had so much fun. I thought I had more photos but most of the photos must be on Mimi or Uncle Jay's camera!

Boy Amongst Beasts (May 16)

Brooks likes to crawl up in the window with all his animal friends. Most of the time he tosses them to the floor and seizes the window all for himself

We took Brooks to the dog park in Louisville and there were these 9 week old puppies running around. Brooks was very excited to see all the dogs and didn't mind the puppies jumping all over him. When they got to close he pushed them away.

                           Ok, I have had my coffee and am ready for my snapshot!

Shopping-yes the giraffe came home with us

 Playing with my new ambulance complete with siren. Yep,that came home too. Brooks snagged it while we were walking by and wasn't going to let it go. Of course he had to keep pushing the button for the siren all the way through the store.
